As a teenager I was a huge ABBA fan. I had all their records, posters covered my bedroom from all to wall, magazines, books; I had abba t-shirt, socks, bag, pillowcases.etc. In 1977 they came to Australia for their tour and not only did I attend the concert (over 2 hours in the pouring rain!) but I had the great honour of meeting them at the hotel they were staying and taking pictures and getting autographs. They were absolutely charming, very down-to earth folk.I met Benny, Frida & Bjorn only though, not Agnetha. The three were on their way to a press conference and Bjorn said his wife was lying down with a migraine. Abba were great - always will be.
