Random, but I need help from someone who knows a lot about computers.

My laptop just downloaded Vista home pagina Security, and I'm trying to get rid of it. I already have Malwarebytes downloaded, but whenever I try to open it, nothing happens. All the tutorials say to try veilig Mode with Networking, but I get the same results from that. Also, they say to wis something called random.exe but that doesn't appear when I zoek the processes. Does anyone know what to do about this?
