Well for starters, go with the text, but remember to start a usual conversation, but slowly go into details. Doing it over text is kind of impersonal, I would do it in person. I never have too much luck with guys. I end up being to pushy. Always stay calm and don't be forward. Befriend him and find common interests and maybe you'll come to find that he shares your feelings

ok i honestly think u sould talk to him in person a couple times. then just txt him one night and be like hallo i was wondering what u thought of me like am i onoing am i cool am i great do i have any special qaulities. I just kinda want ur opnoin so what do u think? then if he says like really awsome things then just txt him how u feel. if he sends back a just freinds reply then send one back and i guess good luck.
