PLZ HELP MY BEST FRIEND MAKE THIS DECISION!

My best friend is confused between two guys , one of them she has been with him for a jaar and they have planned everything for the future , and the other one she has been through alot with him n he likes her too n she's starting to Rly like him n he's also breaking up with his girlfriend for her....:/ bt he also MIGHT travel...but not for sure.....and if she chooses one of them she can't talk to the other...forever! :/ HEELLLPP she really needs help making this decision !

i say that it's better for her if she stayed with the first guy because the seconde one might travel, and if he does she would stay depressed for ever because she wont be able to go out with any one!
and she have to listen to her hart-, hart and choose who she think that is her soul mate!
of the one who she feels with the butterflays when she is with him ^_^
