You're already dating the guy from Arkansas, which means u like him/love him, whatever.
But u say the guy u work with likes YOU. Do this mean u like HIM, back, of just that he's told u he likes u and now u feel pressurised to do something about it?

To be honest i think things should stay the way they are. You're obviously happy with the guy you're dating so why hurt him just so u can try it on with this new guy? Just because he likes u doesn't make it your problem. He'll have to suck it up and continue with his life like you'll continue yours, and yes it will be difficult to work together for a little while, u will get embarrassed about seeing each other across the straat and not know what to say to each other, but don't u think u owe it to your boyfriend to stay as honest as possible to him?
u shouldn't have to choose. u should know who would be better for you.
