There is a guy in my neighborhood who abuses his dog by leaving him in a BLACK truck, on HOT days, IN THE SUN, with the WINDOWS CLOSED ! I can't find his name, but he parks across the street from Huntley Preschool at 3863 Broadlawn drive in Studio city, California. He parks there every day at about 9 am, He has a large black truck with the licence plate XLOO1. Animal control will do nothing about this, even though I have informed them. PLEASE HELP !!! I do not want to find this dog dead someday ! Make him stop !!
