Which are the best performance films of Al Pacino?

I liked Al Pacino in The Godfather series and also in scarface. But what apart these films he is remembered.

Yes, he was amazing in Godfather, Scarface and Dog dag Afternoon. I think he'll also always be remembered for his outstanding performance in Scent of a Women, where he played a blind guy brilliantly. Seriously, he played the part so well.. This film is also the only one where he won an Oscar, which I think is unreal, what with all of his other performances.
I also think the films he did with Robert De Niro will be remembered as they are two of the best actors ever lived :)
