My step daughter is obsessed with Humphrey. Is there anywhere I can purchase a Humphrey doll of stuffed animal?

Unfortunately, A&O never licensed any plush toys. My personal recommendation? Give her a wolf PUPPET door Folkmanis, that way she can bring him to life AS Humphrey meer effectively than any other wolf plushie. :)

sadly there was never any licensed merchandise made, although u could probably commission someone to make a custom plush that actually looks like the character model, and if u do, update me please
