click clack The keys of the keyboard. click clack This clacking had been going on for an hour, devoted as I was to writing the novel I had started a maand ago. It was called The Network and it was about this guy that creates a super fungus, lets himself become infected door it, and starts to take over the world using the land and sea as his media. The humans controlled the air, just to make it fair.

Engrossed as I was in in the adventures of Dan Cooper, known as "Mini" due to his immense height, I didn't hear Scar call my name the first time. It was when she zei it the third time...

Seventeen
An Alpha and Omega poem for my creative writing class.


Seventeen. Not very old for someone like me.
Who likes the wars in the stars, of the arrow that is green.
The radioactive lizard, the dragons that are trained,
the fellowship of Isildur’s bane and the doctor with no name.

But just one thing and one thing only, has changed my life so much.
With myself, I have gotten in touch.
I never could’ve dreamed it would be like this.
This chance was either hit of miss.

It started when I was just a kid.
There was one movie I liked a lot, oh yes I did.
It was a movie that I just rediscovered recently...

As they moved through the night, the group began looking for a good place to sleep as Humphrey filled Kenya in on all she had missed over the past twenty years since they last saw each other.

"So," Kenya asked. "What were u doing out here before u found me?"

"I'm looking for our parents," Humphrey replied.

"Humphrey," Kenya said. "I'm sorry, but our parents are probably dead."

"But, how could u say that?" Humphrey said. "Look, I get it. u haven't seen them in years. Neither have I. But I miss them, meer then u can imagine." Then he paused. "Well, actually not...
