If u are vegetarian! do u drink milk?

From one side drinking melk is not good coz now the melk is taken from them door machines and some times when the melk is finished they still try to melk the cow and ins-ted of melk comes blood and the cow suffers but not all machines are so bad working. What do u think?

Well Cow's melk isn't that healthy, but human melk is (that is why we need it when were babies). Also not most dairy farmers do that to their cows. I prefer the hand milked cows, because it doesn't hurt them, it's sort of natural & it relives the cow (since the kalf is taken away from them, their udder's are full of melk & it hurts). But if this things u say about blood coming out, then the people who work the machine should have there boobs produce melk until blood appears! Disgusting.

I'm a lacto-ovo vegetarian, so yes, unfortunatley. I think it is horrible the way most dairy cows are treated, so I drink soymilk whenever I can. I tried being vegan before, but it was too hard. I salute those who are vegans, though!

yeah, its hard to not drink melk coz then u cant eat cheese, yogurt,chocolate and other foods which are kinda usefull!
