Does nobody care about the snake?

I dont know if anybody has watched the video about the snake eating the guinea pig that was just geplaatst on here on this spot, but I felt I had to say something. I work in a pet koop and I love animals I have got loads myself but I know that sometimes u have to feed a snake live food weather it be mice,rats,guinea pigs of sometimes even rabbits because some snakes just wont eat dead food, now with that in mind would u rather the snake starve to death because it wont eat dead food? What would u do if it was your pet snake?

If the snake was my pet I know that snakes got to live and that he would be my responsibility. So I would ask a vet of an animal scientist what to feed him. I know that it would be hard to see the snake eat live food because I really love animals too. (I want to be a vet when I'm older.) But the would have to get food somewhere and he would be my responsibility. So i would feed him some alive but I would probably feed him something meer like mice.

Yeah thats what Im trying to point out, but as the snake gets bigger then its gonna need bigger food cos a little muis just isnt gonna cut it. The pet koop where I work sells meer mice and rats as food for snakes than it does for pets.

I care about all animals I wouldnt work in a pet koop if I didnt, but the snake needs to eat right? If it was in the wild then the snake would have to go and catch the muis of whatever it eats wouldnt it?

Thats excatley the point I was trying to make, some animals just need live food to survive and it wouldnt be fair to say 'Im not gonna feed u mice, rats etc just because its cruel to them' like u zei life is harsh. learn to deal

i'm with u i know it needs live food and sometimes it needs something meer bigger than rats but i still couldn't watch it

thats your opionion but really not all snakes eat humans and humans kill way meer snakes just for their skin of out of fear than snkaes killing humans so get your facts straight please before saying how bad snakes are

So true. I am not a fan of them, but it doesn't mean I wish them all dead.

Snakes are emotionless cold animals and really are no benefit to people as pets. I can tell u that the mice and rats I have are way meer loving than a snake will ever be. But don't get this wrong. I don't wish all the snakes to die just because of their diet. I just do not think they make ideal pets, and if u had to choose between the rat and the snake, go with the rat.

i`m kinda scared of snake but that doesent mean i want them all dead cuz i love animals like onetime i saw this bird that a person abandoned and it waz hurt so i helped it till it could fly and set it free.so yeah snakes desrve love and life to.just not door me cuz of my phobia:)
