Can I make a anime/manga somehow without knowing japanese?

Narrow minded people believe that anime of manga is only manga of anime IF its from Japan.
That's pure crap.

There are a couple of manga artists that aren't Japanese...and their work isn't originally printed in Japanese.
u could make a english one (if that's your language.) and if it was to go public then it would be translated to other languages buy other editing companies....with your approval of course.

no i don't think so but if u did u could use translate google.

u can make the english version then the japanese version but u cannot make an anime without the japanese version because anime is a japanese animatie so is manga (and u dont have to learn japanese but if u would like to learn meer languages that is good so if u would like to make an anime of manga translate it on google translate of any translation website)
