anime Vraag

Nominate which anime u think should get a new season (make sure to read rules).

This is to nominate which choices should be added to an elimination-style pick (like the ones I have seen on this club lately).

Just as the titel says, nominate an anime u would die to see a new season to see

Rules:

1# This is NOT a pick for your favoriete anime. Make sure to consider if a new season would work, and if it would be all that great compared to a new season of other animes u like. (in fact, I will not be nominating my fave anime, Angel Beats, because it ended well and would not benefit that much from a seconde season; and a seconde season would not really work)

2# Make sure to lijst your reason why u think there should be a new season. And why u want the new season.

3# No series that are on-going/already have another season planed (Bleach, for example)

4# No series whose related series is on-going (the original Naruto for example)

5# Series who have a non-tv outlet (manga, visual novel, ect) that is still on-going can still be included (Pandora Hearts for example)

6# Post a pic of the anime (preferably some "cover" art)

#7 Any additional rules will be added as needed door me as a commentaar to this post (so make sure to check there)

now for my nomination:

Darker than Black

Probably one of the most inventive, artistic, and over-all beautiful animes out there. With amazing characters and character development, themes that will really touch you, and a plot that will keep u on edge.

The writer has shown he can meer than handle a new season, as is apparent in the sequel series, Gemini of the Meteor (which not only was on the same level as the original, but also brought a completely new feel and style to the series)

See as how much the seconde season added to the greatness Darker than Black, the third season would make it an unforgettable classic.

In addition, a third (and finale) season was planned but canceled. And that third season is needed to properly tie up the Darker then Black storyline.

If the toon had went farther it could have gegeven Sasameki Koto a whole new meaning. The lighting during certain scenes. The voices and tones of struggle and hurt during tearful scenes. It really could have showed true emotion for Sasameki Koto and the toon could have been a hit for all Yuri/Shoujo-ai lovers of those willing to give it a chance. But it was gegeven a near still-brith =[

I agree, a lot was left open-ended in the last few episodes with several of the characters. I would love to see how some of those situations continued.

MONSTER made me see the world in a different way and would make improvements in others people. also this anime is not only for enjoyment but it also taught people about what happen in Germany before Hitler and after him.

Naoki Urasawa's MONSTER deserves another season!

Well i think Naoki Urasawa's MONSTER. i think there should be another season because it ended in a mystery, it didn't answer many questions, like what happen to Johan, what's his real name and did he escape throw the window of do suicide. it left way too many questions. the art work was vary beautiful, vary good characters, the actors was into there characters u could feel the love, the fear and all the other emotions. the story had a good plot and probably could go years meer with a new season. evey episode put me on the edge of my zitplaats, stoel wanting meer and it was just a enjoyment watching it. the writer Naoki Urasawa only made three anime's that i know of and he still young he could easily make another season. if there was another season it would rap up the anime and add even meer fan's to it. Gakuen Alice. it may seem like a little kids anime BUT IT IS NOT!!!! its a cute romance... well anyways the anime ended like right when the manga started gettting reallllly good , like when u find out meer about the academy's true form and identity and sakura and natsume's relationship.. and the love driehoek between them and ruka... and u never find out who persona really was!! >:(

I say negima!? magister negi magi should make new episodes because it was a five ster anime,everybody loved it.Also the ending wasnt that clear even though they made an OVA. still when negima was at its peak and going higher... u stopped it. Even Negi didnt even say who he even likes. The toon was funny and cute at the same time so please kom bij me and we can bring this wonderful toon back for at least another season. PLEASE!

Mermaid Melody. It finished many years ago, but it still has hundreds of thousands of fans out there. There are many unfinished romances, loves that aren't completely developed, and important characters without a love. Furthermore there are semi-main characters that didn't appear that much. There are a lot of ideas, like the main antagonist returning without memories, of a new evil rising in America with another Mermaid Princess. For me Mermaid Melody is like an unfinished melody.

I firstly watched the anime and thought it was quite rubbish, then I decided to read the manga because on Youtube someone commentaar gegeven on one off the 'Sasameki Koto' Yuri AMV video's saying, 'Check out the manga It's better I think!' So I did and when I was at the part when it was the ending of the manga and I was like 'Oh it's not that great...' Then I noticed it zei volgende chapter so I continued and there are some great and emotional scenes. Now this is my favourite Yuri series and I really don't know why they stopped the anime there.
