Well, right now my ultimate favoriete anime is Jormungand, ask again in a maand an it'll probably be different lol But its the first one I've watched in a while that i can't wait for the volgende episode to come out.
An ultimate manga?! i love Jack Frost altho it takes forever for 'em to come out! So i'll go with Black Butler THE MANGA not the anime, they are totally different! have a bunch of others i really really like but u say ultimate so....i guess these would be it XD

My ultimate favoriete is K-ON. <3 I'll always love it! Ga-Rei: Zero is my seconde favorite. I obsessed over K-ON for a loooooong while. And I still do at random x3

My ultimate favoriete manga is Sasameki Koto and/or Prism. Those two mangas are very good and a fun read.

Angel Beats (from Key and PA Works; its a touching story about a group of teenagers in a purgatory-like afterlife)
Baka and Test (a fun, cute comedy with some VERY well done/fleshed out characters and relations)
Baka and Test Ni (the sequel series; this series also takes the main romance seriously in the later half, thou it has yet to be resolved)
Darker than Black (a brilliant, neo-noir story; a masterfully done story, human feeling characters, and unique elements abound)
Darker then Black: Gemini of the Meteor (the sequel series; takes a risk and does the series an in entirely new way; the result is a series that allows the viewer the view the world of DtB and the character, Hei, in an entirely new way, making both meer fleshed out and meer real feeling)
Ga-Rei-Zero (a story of love and hate; loyalty and betrayal; happiness and despair; "Will u kill the one u love, because of love?")

Toradora (though only a romantic comedy at first [but a VERY good one at that], the series develops into a brilliant slice-of-life romance; having the best characters/character development imo)

Right now, it would probably be Excel Saga, which spoofs and parodies many different types of anime genres. Unlike link, Excel Saga actually does a competent job with the parody, and the jokes (almost half of which involve breaking the fourth wall) are actually clever and funny. Not only that, but most of the characters are hilarious, hysterical, and all around awesome and likable.

Fairy tail of Black Bock Bhooter.Both shows are really awsome and intresting.But Black rock shooter is belive it of not but a drama.And Fariy tail will take a long time to wacth of get to the point where they will toon new episodes every week now.Shugo chara to and it's only abut 3 weeks to finish but if u get obessed with it to much,then it would get to boring.But my fav toon has to be Beyblade metal fight.Yeah it might seem weird,but I just LOVE it.

Well, I'm currently watching Death Note, but my favoriete anime tv toon is Black Butler. My favoriete movie is Princess Mononoke.

same thing with Blue Dragon. didn't take much time to finish that though...

Well, there are a lot anime series u can watch, it's just what u like! bu these are my fav: Rosario+vampire, Elfen lied, Vampire knight and Pandora hearts!

I'll try not to repeat anything already suggested...here's a lijst of what I think is awesome...

-Jigoku Shoujo Anime(3 seasons)
-Inuyasha Anime(1 long season plus 1 short finisher season)
-Hunter x Hunter Anime(1998 version of 2011 version your choice, the manga kinda sucks for this since the drawings look meer like rough drafts)
-Fairy Tail(how could anyone not post this?)
-Rave Master Manga(anime was discontinued...)
-Mahou Sensei Negima Manga(hope you're at least 18...)

That's all I got for now. Others I wanted to suggest have been taken already. And seriously people, what's with all the FMA and FMAB love? I love it too but I think once is enough for a single question...

Fate stay night: An action/adventure/with some romance in it. But be warned it has some blood in it and it's not a little bit.

Gurren Lagann. An action/adventure with some comedy in it.

Mirai Nikki. It's a blend of Elfen Lied and Death Note to be honest. BUT be warned it's kinda gory and sadist.
