I was gonna say Bakemonogatari, but since that's your answer, I'll put my second, Madoka Magica. I can't even describe how beautiful the animatie in either of these shows look. I'm going to post an AMV rather than a picture, as I think it shows the impact of Madoka Magica's animatie a heck of a lot better. Oh my god, just watching clips sends chills down my spine... Ack I'm freaking out!!!!
Death Note. I've read the whole manga (I own all the boeken in special edition :D) and the "How to Read" book (which includes the author's and artist's thoughts) multiple times, but I still can't take my mind off of the amazing art.
1.Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha have good works in animation!they already made this anime since 2004-ongoing.they have new movie this 2012 called magical girl lyrical nanoha the movie a's 2nd.the animatie in the movie is really epic,adorable and have cool battle scenes.the story about: nanoha takamachi meets a magic fret named yuuno that can turn to be a boy.he zoek for jewel seed and turn nanoha to be magical girl but her duty is be difficult cause a mysterious cool girl named Fate testarossa to be her rival. 2.maybe mashiro iro symphony good enough for u it has cute animatie and design.the story is also good.
