Maki, from Orenchi No Furo Jijou. He's a little bipolar, too... but mostly, his personality is of the melancholic kind. Sometimes, someone will say something nice, and he'll get a little full of himself, but the moment someone says something about it, he deflates in the blink of an eye and he becomes extremely depressed.
