I probably havn't seen as many as some, but I would say Touma Kamiajou from magical index, not the strongest, of the smartest, but with a truly special insight into the way people think and in the end and would give any one a seconde chance, often putting himself in the hospital and asking for no reward I think he summed himself up best when he zei "Who says I need a reason to save someone."
