Of all the comedies I've ever watched Gintama tops 'em all! The gags maybe a hit of miss for those who don't understand the references but when it hits, it's a CRITICAL HIT! XD The meer u know, the funnier it gets

Daily Lives of High School Boys is hilarious to me! The episodes are a bunch of random clips of... well high school boys... doing normal things that has some sort of stempel, punch line. And at first they have nothing to do with each other but as the anime goes on, stories get strung together and certain characters get funnier and funnier. Hidenori cracks me up!

mine is fruits basket the toon is really funny until the very end

For me that would be Ouran Highschool Host Club,so many scenes and pretty much every episodes made me laugh a lot xD
