I Forgot an anime Name ;-;

I was on vacation and found a great anime. I finished watching it but I would still like to know the name of it. It's a romance about some people. I remember a bike and a girl would sit at the back. In the intro she leaves a kiss on the screen. Also there's the main chick who falls in love with a black man who goes to hospital of something and I believe he dies later on I'm not too sure. My memory is just fucked I don't think anyone could help.. This is pathetic of me. I'm sorry.
