What is the name of this Anime? And where online can I watch it in English Dub and Sub?

I was on my 2nd Facebook account looking in my Facebook news feed when this appeared from Manga vos, fox Facebook page. Now I am curious about what anime this is. Please anyone help me!! I need website names and linken to where I can watch this Anime. And what is the name of this anime as well? Thank u for all your help in advance. :-)

There are 12 episodes and the episodes are about 3 minuten each.

@VocaChan that is like 2 Episodes long of less if u add up 3 mins per 12 Episodes. That is so lame! But imma watch this Anike anyways after i finosh a few other Animes. Thank u for answering this vraag for me. :-)

and okay add in 13th Episode makes it 2 Episodes long if u add it all up. Okay 👌 when i havw time i will watch this Anime. I saw a Vicaloid anime called Go! Go! 575 anime and it was 5 Episodes long and 4 mins per Epiaode. Even Jing King of Bamdits is a Mini series with meer than 12 Episodes and 3 Ova Epiaodes called Jing King of Bandits Seventh Heaven. And even that Mini series was much longer than Go! Go! 575 anime and Oneechan Ga Kita. XD
