I would say Gundam 00; it's a great anime and it has very sad parts, very funny parts, and a lot of SUPER CUTIE GUYS! This picture only has 2 out of 10 cute guys.

Well, I'd suggest u try Beauty Pop. It's one of my favorites. It is a comedy/romance series, I know for sure. I'm not sure about the shoujo part but it is kind of shoujo. (Main character is a girl) There are some cute boys in it, though not alot. The story's main focus is on Kiri Koshiba, a gifted hairstylist.

If u don't like Beauty Pop, I highly recommend Ouran High School Host Club. Highly! It is a comedy/romance/gender bender/shoujo/school life series door Bisco Hatori that includes cute boys. (It is a Host Club after all) The story centers around Haruhi Fujioka, a commoner that attends a rich school. (She is an honor student) One day, she is looking for a place to study, and she steps into the host club. She accidently breaks a very expensive vase and so, she has to become a host to repay the debt. Thus, her host club life begins.

Also, Special A is a good comedy/romance/school life manga series.

Gakuen Alice is an absolute must read! Natsume and number of other guys are pretty darn cute xP
Good Witch of the West is a good fantasy shoujo if you're into a bit of magic and sword play =]
DNAngel is a great choice..but sadly the manga has stopped T T
Arakure/Wild Ones is a really cute romance, shoujo there are a couple lookers in it ;D lol
And Kamichama Karin is a good read :D
Oh! My personal favoriete Ranma 1/2 is a perfect romantic-comedy =3 Also a great read
