This annoys me a lot, because the entertainment factor usually drops for me when a brand new plot line is added that wasn't from the manga. A prime example would be Soul Eater. For some reason I began to notice a difference and lost interest after the first 30 episodes or so (I still watched the whole series, though), and when I looked it up I found out why - the anime began to stray from the manga after the first 30ish episodes. As for the other one, I haven't come across much anime with a lot of censorship so I can't say anything, but the random censored scenes of Mirai Nikki during any gory scene did annoy me (if that's what you were referring to).

I don't mind or care much for the kind of censoring like in Tokyo ghoul, but I hate it when there's an unreasonable amount of censorship like in Terra Formars where most of the screen will go black. I don't need gore, but I would at least like to know what's happening on my screen.
