It seems that these 500+ years later, we know with most certainty that Anne Boleyn was framed for the purpose of having her and her faction removed from the picture entirely. There is no actual evidence I've heard in historical literature that supports even the possibility of her actually being an adultress. If there is evidence to support her "adultery", I'd love to know about it!

she was framed but you have to wonder if it was "karma" because of what she did to the first queen and her sister mary to get to her new title of being henry's second queen.

Probably not guilty. But it's a little late for evidence against her to be brought to court.

Anne was a victim of Henry's radical rule, NO doubt! INNOCENT! Poor, poor Anne, her hubby's mental illness was centuries before medical help!!

Innocent! She was supposed to be very vivacious and flirtatious, yes, but I don't believe that she ever committed adultery. The charges were just a way of getting rid of another unwanted wife, and Cromwell was all too happy to help.

In that time everyone wanted to marry high in ranks the higher you were the better so yes Ann was innocent but she knew she had it coming if he done it to his first wife got tired of her and done away with her what did she think he would do to her?

Anne wasn't a stupid woman. She knew perfectly that if she made just one mistake, Henry would kill her, so I don't really think she could be so naive.
Besides, we must consider that every funny, fascinating, clever and rebellious woman in 1500 was believed a whore.

She couldn't give birth to Henry a son and it was her only guilty.

She was innocent.

Henry just wanted to get rid of her.
