Sorry everybody, I haven't done an artikel in a while. I've been working on other clubs a lot so I haven't been here as much, however, I thought I would come back and write another article. This time, it's going to be my LEAST favoriete characters from Avatar. This will only be including characters from Avatar: The Last Airbender, because if I included The Legend Of Korra then my whole lijst would be Legend of Korra characters. Anyways, please keep in mind that this is my opinion, and we may disagree, so respect my opinion and I'll respect yours. Enjoy the article! :)

*there will be spoilers of episodes in these descriptions.*

5. Cabbage Merchant

Seriously, he is just so annoying. To a point where he makes it on this list. I know he's supposed to add comic relief to the series, but really he brings way too much over the top, boven humor to the series. I don't know if I'm the only one, but in tv shows over the top, boven humor annoys me. What's the point? Do people laugh at him? It was funny in the beginning, but it started to wear off, and luckily he's not in Season 3, because he was really annoying me around Season 2. Tell me, am I the only one who hates him? I know that some people think he's funny, although I actually do know some people that hate him, and I can understand why. Some people DO think he's funny though, but I just think it's too much. He's not in the top, boven 4 because the top, boven 4 characters are MUCH meer than just annoying. They ARE irritating, just for different reasons.

4. brand Lord Sozin

brand Lord Sozin really irritates me, for multiple reasons. Okay, so the entire kingdom is in complete balance, he's going to become the Firelord, and suddenly, that's not enough for him? He wants the WHOLE WORLD. Why does he feel the need to take over the whole world? What's the point? He can't just torment his own people, but he had to take it out on the earth kingdom, water tribe, and air nomads. He wants his best friend, Avatar Roku, to kom bij him in taking over the world. (And he tells Roku this where?! At his wedding! Why did he feel the need to tell him there? It's supposed to be a happy wedding, and of course Sozin has to tell Roku that there, and make him all stressed.) Roku tells Sozin's he won't allow it, and he goes and does it anyway! Really? He had to do that? Couldn't he just be happy with ruling the brand Nation? Well, it appears not. But then I wonder, what could his motive have been? I think he was jealous of Roku. If u watch the episode u see that when Roku learns he's the Avatar, he's surprised, but the look of surprise on his face almost looks mad, like he wanted to be the Avatar of something. Then he must of thought he could use his best friend the avatar to his advantage, door using him to help him take control of the world. That's just my guess, but if it's true, why would he do that? Why would u do that to your best friend? However, that's just a guess, and it's probably not right. Anyways, back to Sozin's story. They fight multiple times, and then when Roku is an old man, the island he lives on has a vulkaan eruption. The reason brand Lord Sozin isn't higher is because he actually helps Roku in the end.

3. Ty Lee

Wait a second, I put the deranged freak that betrayed his own best friend below an annoying teenage girl? Yes, will I have a thing for people like Sozin, however what he has done was unforgivable, so I gave him a spot on this list. Let's talk about Ty Lee now. She also irritates me, but in a different way. She is just, well, so annoying! She's way too hyper as well, how does anyone get that hyper? However, what annoys me the most is that guys are always attracted to her. Especially in the beach, people are flocking around Ty Lee, trying to please her. I honestly don't think Ty Lee looks attractive at all, and she looks kind of weird. It also annoys me in The Beach, how Ty Lee treats these guys who just want to impress her, like their her slaves! She gets them to stand in spots to block put the sun, then she makes them fetch thing for her, and she treats them like trash. (I love the joke that they include where Mai says that only stupid girls like the seashells, and then Ty Lee loves it.) Anyways, she's not up in the top, boven 2, well, maybe it's just because the top, boven 2 are meer than just super annoying.

2. Admiral Zhou

I know for a fact that I'm not the only one who hates this guy. I shouldn't ever be happy when someone does, even if it is just a show, but I have to say, he almost deserved it. I'm sorry to say it, but that's what I think, I'm not saying he deserved to die completely, I'm just saying that it was better for the series when he wasn't in it anymore. I don't have that much to say about him though, because I haven't watched season 1 as obsessively as the other seasons, but I've still watched it, in case anyone thought I haven't. :P and the fact that he's not in the series that much. But he's the type of character that's all like "I'm meer evil than you." And he tries to prove it. He actually manages to capture Aang, put luckily "The Blue Spirit" aka Zuko, rescues him. I hate the part though where Zhou had the pirates blow up the ship! Zuko is seriously hurt and almost killed! Iroh probably would have been killed if he hadn't left earlier. Zhou is just so irritating, in so many ways, but number 1 only had a one dimensional purpose in the show.

1. brand Lord Ozai

The character that the entire goal of the toon was built on, and he turned out to be the most disappointing character in the entire series, door far. The only good thing about him was that he had a backstory. But even his backstory was mostly built around Zuko and his mom. He's not complex at all, he's considered a main character when they don't even toon his actual face until (I believe) the third season! He's just there to be there, I consider Asula the real antagonist, he's meer like a minor one. Not only is he just a one dimensional antagonist, but he's done unforgivable things, like scarring his own son for speaking out in a war meeting! I know that's considered 'pure evil' and all that, but I think it's meer stupid then pure evil. He basically forced Zuko to leave the brand Nation until he found the avatar, and Zuko tried to please him. The good news is, Zuko learned door the third season that it wasn't worth it to please his father in the end, the real father to him was Iroh. Sadly, Azula did not learn in time, she tried to please her father to the end, and lost her sanity in the process. I feel brand Lord Ozai got off too easy. He looses his bending, and he's locked up. What type of punishment is that? Azula didn't do nearly as much as he did and she lost her entire mind! Ozai is the reason his family is such a GIANT MESS! His wife was banished, BECAUSE OF HIM, his son hates him and will never be on his side again, BECAUSE OF HIM, his daughter is insane, BECAUSE OF HIM. In my opinion, he is door FAR, the worst character in Avatar.

Chapter four: Waking up in a hospital

After the fight, I don't remember much. I do remember being asleep. I was in the middle of a very weird dream.

In the dream, I was meditating in a red robe, and volgende to me was a man just like the man in the painting at Toph's house. It was Aang, meditating with me. A flying lemur/monkey thing jumped onto my shoulder and I woke from the meditation. Aang did as well. Aang spoke to me, saying to look into the forest which we were in. I saw millions of Asian people in robes. Some had blue arrows on their heads. Some wore brand nation clothing. Aang explained that...

Chapter three: Crazy things

After school Hayden, Eli, and me walked around the school to the place we always met my twin before we biked to karate class. I never see Sam in the day, all her classes are on the other side of the school, so I never see her.

When we passed the school's border line, we found Sam, laying on the snow covered gras in a yellow tank top, a blue mini skirt, some knee high black boots, and her brown identical hair to mine in three piggy tails. Yes, I know its weird for a girl to be wearing a tank top, boven and rok in the middle of fall but thats Sam for you. Most water benders...

Pre-warning: This is not about the avatar gang, this is a story about a boy that finds out that his ancesters were the avatar gang and that he's related to Aang and Katara. He's a water bender but everyone around him is normal making him special. Over the years the story of the avatar has changed and people think it's a myth and bending is a lost art now. Though there are some who are born benders and the avatar is still reborn into people they just don't know It and save the world in some way. Our hero's name is Michael Gavin and this is his story. I woke up to a beutiful morning to bad it...

Aang woke up with a quick start. He looked around the tiny camp brand at all his freind sleeping, and slowly his hart-, hart began to slow. He slid down Apaas side a stretched, trying his hardest not to wake anyone up, he tiptoed past Sokka, who was moaning in his sleep, " Please mister chicken i promise ill go vegie..". Smiling to himself he carried on his silent walk, he stopped a few metres from Tophs tent, and lightly as possible he jump from the ground and landed in a tree. Jumping from branch to branch he reached his destination, the edge of the cliff. he sat wide eyed waiting for the moment...

right so basically we are staring from the point aang and katara kiss............

"Come with me, Katara," Aang whispered to Katara. Ktara looked blank and confused when she replied, " Go? Go where?". Aang smiled and grabbed her hand dragging her back to where Sokka, Sukie and Toph stood. "Guys, i think we shoud go on another trip, this time a funner one, this time maybe we can really see it and not be hiding," Aang didnt understand he thought everyone would be happy but instead they just looked at the groud, eventually Katara said," Aang, we cant we have to go home pagina we havent seen our family...

There on the floor lye a little boy, just laying there. Yue ran vooruit, voorwaarts and made the little boy lay in her arms. Though as she began to inspect him she found a burn right on his neck. She gasped but before she do anything healers came to take her away. She turned to Zuko to see his expression. It was nothing but pure horror and shock. The volgende dag it rained and was probably the most boring in the world. She could not visit Zuko because the healers told her they needed to test him and work on him. So there she sat, in front of my window watching the rain fall and just before it hit the ground turn to ice. I t was a magnifecent sight if u could see it turn to ice. Then she began to think. Was being with zuko right? Who burned the child yesterday? Could it had been zuko. What were the healers doing in zuko's room? . . . Did she belong here?

So I was reading a post on tumblr that got me thinking. Basic gist is that someone zei Azula couldn’t do anything on her own. My initial thought was to dispute that but then I kind of thought about it and realized this person was kind of right. But not just about Azula. After really thinking about it I realized that none of the characters really can! Hear me out guys; I’m not saying that the Avatar characters are useless on their own, but they are so much stronger when they have others to help them out. In fact I’d like to argue that this is an intended theme in Avatar. Like these characters...

One of the things I noticed about Avatar is the significance of the spirit disguises. Each disguise speaks volumes about the character using it and reflects their personality sort of like their bending styles.

I’ll start with the Painted Lady and Katara;

The real Painted Lady was a lot of things for the people of Jang Hui. She was a protector. A healer. A beacon of hope. She was a water spirit with assumably a gentle heart.

This is not unlike Katara herself. One of Katara’s key character traits was her hopefulness and the hope she instilled in other people. And in assuming the persona...
