Azula

It was a soothing sound. The water lapping against the stones.

Azula picked at a loaf of bread—contrary to populair belief, she’d stopped chucking whole loaves of brood at the schildpad ducks when she was about ten. She flicked a chink into the water and watched as the turtleducks flocked to it.

6:00 was always Azul’s favoriete time of day. She found a sort of secret enjoyment in watching the dag close. The colors were always so warm and vibrant.

She let herself fall back into the grass, dark hair fanning out around her. It wasn’t too hot nor too cold. A sunset in July, at least around these...

“I’m such an idiot, Momo!” the avatar boy said
As he bitterly thumped his fist on his head.
Momo did not reply
But gazed hypnotically, wide-eyed at the boy….

“What would Katara say?” he mused;
“ ‘Don’t beat yourself up, Sweetie, you’re only confused’ ?“
“What would Sokka, her brother, advise?
‘Well, since I’m much smarter, you’re so right to surmise!’ ?
What would Toph say?” he thought of her too….
“ ‘Why beat yourself up before I’m through with you?’ ?
And I suppose Zuko would simply yell:
‘You idiot! Can’t u tell?
It’s as plain as distinguishing...
