@channylovee94 no hes not, i had to think of the start of the battle to get my answer, combustion man is an assassin so most likely any fight between then would be because of an assassination job. Combustion man would enter the throne room and blow him to pieces and how can Ozai block his attacks, fire bending has no "shield" moves
