I don't like Madame Katerina, so I have to choose Natasha.

She reminds me of Aunt Elizabeth. Mischievous, fun-loving, understanding, kind, and seems to know something about the magical world. I love her conversation with Hailey at the end.
Hailey - "Madame's going to be . . . surprised."

Madame Katerina - "Furious, isn't it wonderful."

Just shows how fun-loving and mischievous she is.

Madame Katerina is really mysterious character and I wanted to know more about her, she's sweet and fun to be with plus she remind me of Miss Privet (and I love her personality) so I does love Katrina's personality too.
Madame Natasha is a character whom I would not like to spend time 'cause I have had same teacher like her at school and I really hated her, I know how Krystin must be feeling then.

I just seem to like her alot.
