Last chapter Leighton and Ed found out Leighton was pregnant and they were both delighted and had celebratory sex… what happens now?

Its eight months later!!!! Sorry BethBass, I know u wanted to see how the cast react, but there may be flashbacks.

Leighton was sitting at home, she had gone on maternity leave from Gossip Girl and was going stark crazy not been able to do anything, she had been told to relax and put her feet up, and Ed had demanded it.

It was six in the morning and Leighton had woken up with Ed at six, he had to go off to the set at eight, and needed a shower. For Leighton, it seemed like eight came to slow, when she had zei goodbye to Ed and shut the door behind her she had decided to go for a nice, relaxing bath to try and help her de stress.

Leighton had just stepped out of the bath and had wrapped a towel around herself when she fell to the floor in pain, she didn’t know what was going on and she was scared, she managed to drag herself into the bedroom and pick up the cordless phone from the bedside table, she phoned 911 and zei she needed an ambulance straight away.

The ambulance turned up within minutes, the pain hadn’t subsided and Leighton hoped the baby wasn’t hurt, she didn’t know what sort of affect it would have on hers and Ed’s relationship, and she didn’t want to find out.

‘’Leight’’ she heard Ed shouting in the reception before he was led in to the room off to the side that she had been put in, she was in no meer pain and the baby was going to be fine.

‘’Ed, I’m fine, there’s no need to worry, just something called Braxton Hicks contractions, they just took me door surprise, u know what I’m like, making a drama over nothing’’ Leighton zei smiling

‘’Yea, I do, I’m just glad u and this little one’’ Ed zei leaning down to kiss Leighton’s belly ‘’are okay, I don’t know what I would do without you, I would go crazy, that’s for sure’’

Three days later Ed had a rare dag off so they spent the dag reminiscing and looking through old photos; she found one in the foto album of all the GG cast at Blake’s birthday party

‘’That was an amazing night’’ Ed zei leaning over Leighton’s shoulder
‘’Yea it was, do u remember how the cast reacted when we told them I was pregnant?’’ Leighton said, giggling to herself
‘’Yes, I remember that very well, they were all shocked, and as your bump got bigger, u got funnier because u couldn’t fit into Blair’s clothes and u had to have them let out’’ Ed zei laughing
‘’Ed, that wasn’t funny, say anything like that and I will sit on you’’ Leighton said, folding her arms crossly across her chest
‘’Babe, I’m sorry, I was only joking, u know that’’ Ed walked over to sit down volgende to Leighton, and he wrapped one arm around her waist and put his hand on her swollen belly, she was a week overdue and the doctors wanted her to come in when she had the slightest pain

That night Leighton and Ed were lying in bed,

‘’Ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, ow’’ Leighton zei screaming
‘’Babe, come on’’ Ed said
‘’ Ed, I can’t move’’ she screamed at him
‘’Yes u can, come on, we need to get u to the hospital’’ Ed zei trying to coax her out of the bed, they needed to hurry, door the sound of Leighton’s screams, this baby was going to be born door midnight

Ed held Leighton’s hand as they made their way to the car, it was dark in the garage but Ed helped Leighton into the passenger zitplaats, stoel and he ran round the car to come to the driver’s door and sped off through the night, Ed was glad the roads weren’t busy and that the hospital was only a twenty minuut drive.

As soon as they entered the hospital reception, Leighton was rushed into a wheelchair and wheeled off to be examined, Ed followed close behind the whole time, rubbing her back and holding back her hair whenever she needed it, she was glad she didn’t have to go through any of it alone, she wouldn’t have been able to cope.

‘’Right, Leighton, I think your ready to give birth, at this volgende contraction I want u to push, okay?’’ the gyno asked
‘’Mmm’’ Leighton replied

Ed was at the side of Leighton, holding her hand, he was glad they were at the hospital because she was breaking his fingers.

5 HOURS LATER

Leighton was asleep when in walked the GG cast, Ed was cradling his newborn son, who they had named Harry, the gang rushed over to him, all wanting to take a look at the new addition.

‘’Hey’’ Leighton said, surprising everyone
‘’Hey babe’’ Ed zei walking over and kissing Leighton on the top, boven of her head
‘’Well done Leight, he’s gorgeous’’ Blake zei walking over to Leighton to hug her with tears in her eyes, one door one the cast all hugged Leighton, wishing her congratulations and telling her well done.

THE dag AFTER

Leighton and Ed were allowed to bring baby Harry home pagina that day

‘’Look at this little man’’ Leighton said, cradling her son back and forth ‘’this is your new home, and me and your Daddy aren’t going to let those nasty paparazzi hurt you’’
