I've been thinking since the reveling of Squad 1 Leiutenant Choujiro Saskibe's bankai do u think if he was involved in the fight and had used his bankai the battle would had gone differently?

If you're referring to fights before the current arc then yes definitely, but if you're referring to fights during the current arc then no as his bankai would have been stolen regardless
