Considering everything she's been through and the way takes it and acts I really think that Inoue-chan definitely has the be the happiest character in series.

yeah she was kidnapped,bully,beat up,her parent used to hit her when she cried,her brother is dead and she is aways happy. I would like to how she does it

To me Orihime buries deeper emotions that filled with despair and one reason she is so compassionate. (So I think a lot of herself is more of a mask to hide things you can't go around feeling all the time)
