Please no stand alones, I cant stand them!

The Shiver Trilogies. All of them are out. There are 3 books. Shiver, Linger, and Forever. They are fantasy/romance. I read the first book and it was definitely the best. The other two support it though. I loved the writing style, the characters, and the story had a life of its own!

IT GOES SOMETHING LIKE THIS;
Alpha girl Harper is used to getting what she wants,
and that means Adam,
Beth's all-American boytoy.
Blond, boring Beth, who Kane,
the charming playah, secretly wants too.
Miranda thinks Kane is out of her league,

A series that I've really enjoyed reading is the "Tomorrow when the war began" series door John Marsden. It's about a group of Australian teens who go out for a camping trip only to find that a war broke out while they were in the outback. They decide that they will stay in hiding and try and fight back as their entire families have been taken hostage.
There are seven boeken in the series that follow the main character Ellen as she evolves from a young girl to a hardened soldier.
The series is very well written and I personally found a lot of wisdom in it. It is not about an actual historic war but the situations in it have definately happended somewhere in the world and that makes it extra interesting.
But the best part about all of it must be the different characters, who are very real and complex and u just bond with them instantly.

My recommendation for fantasy series enthusiasts is the link door Isobelle Carmody. Fascinating, detailed and exciting read. It follows the exploits of young Elspeth Gordie, a misfit in her post-apocalyptic village because she has mental talents that are considered to be "mutations." She's sent to Obernewtyn, a complex in the mountain which is part prison, part laboratory. Elspeth, along with her friends, uncover the secret motives of those who run the complex, and the darker mystery beneath it all.

Vampire Academy (the cover is of the first one)- Richelle Mead
Blurb:
Lissa Dragomir is a Moroi princess: a mortal vampire with an unbreakable bond to the earth's magic. She must be protected at all times from Strigoi; the fiercest and most dangerous vampires--the ones who never die.
The powerful blend of human and vampire blood that flows through Rose Hathaway, Lissa's best friend, makes her a Dhampir; she is dedicated to a dangerous life of protecting Lissa from the Strigoi, who are hell-bent on making her one of them.
After two years of illicit freedom, Rose and Lissa are caught and dragged back to St. Vladimir's Academy, hidden in the deep forests of Montana. Rose will continue her Dhampir education. Lissa will go back to being Queen of the elite Moroi social scene. And both girls will resume breaking hearts.
Fear made Lissa and Rose run away from St. Vladimir's--but their world is fraught with danger both inside and out of the Academy's iron gates. Here, the cutthroat ranks of the Moroi perform unspeakable rituals and their secretive nature and love of the night creates an enigmatic world full of social complexities. Rose and Lissa must navigate through this dangerous world, confront the temptation of forbidden romance, and never once let their guard down, lest the Strigoi make Lissa one of them forever...

And Mortal Instruments Series- Cassandra Clare

I agree with cinders. Obernewtyn chrnicles is a fantastic book to read. Also, lol, i have a lijst here.
The tapestry. Its about a boy who has magical talents with others. He is sent to a school and realises he has a strange talent. Old magic. he and his friend have to try and stop an evil spirit thing taking over.
Also the eragon books
Tells a boys tale of how everyone suddenly depends on him to save the land. And how he learns his skills and learns love and loss

If u want something meer realistic maybe try Da vinci code, of angels and demons. They both talk about the church. Angels and demons talks about the war between science and religion. Da vinci code about the holy grail.

Um there is also, a thousand splendid suns. Which is a sad book about two womens friendship blossoming while they are married to a cruel and abusive man. This is set in afghanistan and talks how they war tore people apart.

Of course I'm going to mention the twilight series but u will find suggestions above lol.
um, u could try the cherub series. It talks about orphans who are taken in and are trained to be used as spies. And it talks of one boys missions.
Yes theres more
Also seven ancient wonders. It talks about the fight between nations and trying to gain iternal power. And the sequel six sacred stones talks about a dark sun planning to destroy the earth and a group of people trying to prevent it.
I would also recommend any boeken door Isobelle Carmody. She is a wonderful auteur thinking of different stories all the time.
I think I'll leave it at that

Fruits Basket- An orphaned girl moves in with 3 men who have a secret. They turn into animals of the zodiac! It's an amazing series. It's also the #1 shojo manga in the US.
Cirque Du Freak- Horror series. Its a really good novel that is also hidiously disgusting. If u like vampires doing the exact oposite of what they did in Twilight, you'll like this.

9. Storm Warning.
10. Into The Gauntlet. (Warning! This one is twice as thick as the others.)
11. Vespers Rising.
There is also a spin-off series (Cahills vs. Vespers), but I've only read book 1 (The Medusa Code) on my tablet. Hope I was helpful! ^^"

Percy Jackson and the Olympians (adventure, fantasy) there are 5 boeken in one serious then a follow up series with currently 2 books. REALLY GOOD.
Tennis shoes among the nephites (romance, action, fiction) there are . . . 11 books! SO SO SO REALLY GOOD!
gans Girl- the volgende book is enna burning then river secrets then some sort of forestborn? PRETTY GOOD.
If u haven't read Harry Potter, don't waste your time. They are stupid and boring.
Hunger Games (action, romance (I think)) 3 REALLY GOOD.
