boeken boeken BOOKS, help me! I need somthing new to get into... anyone?

Okay I've recommended these books/series to lots of people:
1) Vampire Academy Series
2) The Mortal Instruments Series
3) The Hunger Games

I highly recommend Cecilia Dart-Thornton (The Ill-made Mute etc), Herman Melville (Moby Dick!!), Cassandra Clare (The Immortal Instruments), Charles Dickens (Hard Times etc.), Emily Bronte (Wuthering Heights xx), Raymond E. Feist (Magician Series etc.), Alexandre Dumas (The Count of Monte Cristo, .. The 3 Muskateers), Bret Easton Ellis (American Psycho),
For a lighter read; try Eoin Colfer ...
ummm .... J.R.R Tolkein (LOTR) ... That's all I can think of off the top, boven of my head; but they're all really good books!!

Peeps, the last days, uglies, pretties, specials, extras - Scott Westerfeld. These are some of the best boeken I have ever read.

The Way of Shadows door Brent Weeks. I say it all the time but it is an awesome trilogy.

One name: Susan Cooper. Her writing and her characters are always so rich and deep and real, no matter WHICH book of hers u read.

At the moment though, I'd recommend her book "King of Shadows". Lemme tell ya...if u ever thought Shakespeare was boring, just read that book. u might never look at Shakespeare of his time period the same way again. Susan does such a brilliant job at sucking u right into his world and breathing life and color into everything. Wonderful stuff. =)

So he is thrilled when he is chosen to kom bij an American drama troupe traveling to London to perform "A Midsummer Night's Dream" in a new replica of the famous Globe theater.

If your looking for something thats easy to read than Scott Westerfeld is your man! All his boeken are great, i think someone zei the Uglies series already.

Um... The Name of the Wind door Patrick Rothfuss is a really great book i think its Brilliant! -- one of the main reasons I love The Name of the Wind so much is that it has a lot of the things that are unsurprising in a high fantasy novel - largely stereotypical inns and innkeepers, a troupe of traveling performers, a school of magic, an ancient evil - but it manages to remain original at the same time.

Um... OH theres anything door Robin Hobb! I love Robin Hobb. If u were going to read anything door her I would start with The Farseer Trilogy - which is so good! Well i really loved it! YIts real easy to get into and once u start u really want to read and read until your done, so basicly u cannot put it down.... well i couldnt! So theres:
- Assassin's Apprentice;
- Royal Assassin; and
- Assassin's Quest.
and once u have done those and if u loved them than there is another like follow up Trilogy:
The Tawny Man Trilogy and theres:
- Fool's Errand
- Golden Fool
- Fool's Fate

What else, what else? Theres always teh Shadow of the Wind... theres the Discworld series door Terry Pratchett...the Earthsea series door Ursula K. Le Guin, Wuthering Heights... the Inkheart Trilogy door Cornelia Funke... The Alchemist door Paulo Coelho...

OH! lol Theres the The Sevenwaters Trilogy which was really good!

If u have seen my latest question..You should try reading "A Great and Terrible Beauty" door Libba Bray. It's quite a long book but it is pretty good. It's fantasy, adventure, and teens in the 1900's wrapped up in one. You'll probably like it. Hope I helped you. Good Luck.

Not to challenging but always leaves me with a warm fuzzy feeling inside lol.

I've read them at least 3 of 4 times now and each time I learn something different.

Morganville Vampire series door Rachel Caine they are my favoriete books. So is the mortal instruments series door cassandra clare. Any boeken door sarah Dessen and L. J. smith are good too. Theres a website too its called whatshouldireadnext.com. u type in a book u like and it gives u lists of boeken u might like.

the book is called TWILIGHT-The Awakening(not to be confused with tat stephanie meyer bulcrap!), its a zombie horror tat is really good, im not just saying tat cuz my dad wrote it, it is a good story

Well u should definely get into the sisterhood of the travling pants series there really good!!! I finished the first one on the beech it was relaxing n the book was very well written. its something i definely recommand!! hope u enjoy!!

Gone with the Wind: A classic love story that takes place in the south during and after the Civil War. I absolutely love this book and could read it for eternity.
Pretty Little Liars series: Pretty Little Liars.
'Pretty Little Liars' is a novel series written door Sara Shepard. It is based on the lives of four girls who were formerly a clique, with the leader being their best friend Alison. Alison knew each of the four girls' secrets, and was involved in a scandal dubbed The Jenna Thing. When Alison goes missing, the four vrienden thought their secrets were veilig and began separate from each other. However, when they are finally reunited, they begin to receive strange emails, notes, and letters from someone named 'A'. The four boeken are about discovering who killed Allison, how A knows all their secrets, and most of all, who 'A' is.

Also the Harry Potter series is amazing, but u probably know this.

Uhm. How I Live Now is also amazing. It's about a girl, Daisy, who goes to England to escape her evil stepmother. She moves in with her cousins, and falls in love with one of them, Edmond. (I swear it's not creepy. It's amazingly sweet.) Then war breaks out in the country, and madeliefje, daisy is seperated from most of her family. But they're reunited in the end, so it's all good. It's so sad and sweet.
