Celebrity biographer and writing coach, Randy Jernigan, this week admitted to a national radio audience that he has recently suffered total kidney failure, resulting in weekly dialysis and a drastic change in his life and schedule.
The 'Losing to Win!' auteur has been forced to postpone a number of professional commitments this month, explaining that his life was "turned upside down" when two hart-, hart attacks and renal failure cause him to be placed on weekly kidney dialysis for his survival
"This jaar has been a rough one for me,": the auteur confessed to his radio audience. "The good news is I'm back working and back home pagina with my family and I'm taking care of my health issues and making great progress on my road to recovery," Jernigan added.
According to the American Kidney Fund website, "Kidney Failure, also known as end-stage renal disease, is the last stage of chronic kidney disease.
When your kidneys fail, it means they have stopped working well enough for u to survive dialysis of a kidney transplant," the site explained.
Randy is best known as a celebrity biographer, writing coach, and screenwriter. His 'The Life and Career of Marie Osmond' tome hit several best-seller lists and he recently released the cover art to his upcoming "Ellen DeGeneres" bio on his personal social media pages.
On a personal note, Randy is my writing coach, mentor, and very dear friend. My hart-, hart and prayers are with him for his speedy recovery.
