BTS members V and J-Hope partner up to share a mindblowing cover performance of Jung Joon Il‘s “Hug Me” straight from the studio.

Recorded completely in grayscale, the camera solely focuses on the two members as they deliver their passionate lines into the microphone. With his raspy but addictive rapping, J-Hope brings more feel to the track not found in the original.

This will be performed for the opening ceremony for BTS’ upcoming 

on June 1st to celebrate their 2nd anniversary. The event will take place starting June 1st to June 13th.
