Buffy saying that she believes in him and that she is not ready for him to go, and I thought it was cute of him to bring flowers to Buffy after her mother died and I am not sure but I think he brought chocolate for her birthday one time too but someone stopped him for giving it to her again. Then there is that whole scene in touched, his song in Once More with Feeling and his death in Chosen.

The hand scene in ‘Chosen’, right before Spike explodes. The scene in ‘Never Leave Me’ with Buffy saying she believes in Spike.
There’s also the scene in ‘Fool For Love’, where Spike intends to shoot Buffy, because he feels rejected. But once he sees her his anger fades and he asks her what’s going on.
And in 'Intervention' when Buffy kisses Spike as a thank you for not telling Glory about Dawn.
