How To Make Coca-Cola Cake


Ingredients
•    2 Cups sugar
•    2 Cups all-purpose flour
•    1 Cup Coca-Cola
•    1 ½ Cup small marshmallows
•    ½ Cup boter of margarine
•    ½ Cup vegetable oil
•    3 Tablespoons cocoa
•    1 Teaspoon baking soda
•    ½ Cup buttermilk
•    2 eggs
•    1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
•    ½ Cup butter
•    3 Tablespoons cocoa
•    6 Tablespoons Coca-Cola
•    1 box (16-ounces) confectioners' sugar
•    1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
•    1 Cup chopped pecans

Preparation
•    TOTAL TIME: 1 hr 15 min
•    Prep Time: 30 min
•    Cook Time: 45 min
1.    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, sift the sugar and flour. Add marshmallows. In a saucepan, mix the butter, oil, cacao and Coca-Cola. Bring to a boil and pour over dry ingredients; blend well. Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk just before adding to batter along with eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well. Pour into a well-greased 9- by-13-inch pan and bake 35 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven and frost immediately.



*Coca-Cola Cake Frosting
To make frosting, combine the 1/2 cup butter, 3 tablespoons cacao and 6 tablespoons of Coca-Cola in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and pour over confectioners' sugar, blending well. Add vanilla extract and pecans. Spread over hot cake. When cool, cut into squares and serve

Ingredients

16 vanilla wafer cookies
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup white sugar

2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line muffin pans with koekje, cupcake papers.
Place one wafer cookie in the bottom of each koekje, cupcake paper. In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth. Pour over wafers in koekje, cupcake papers.
Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes, until golden and set.

1/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon water
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

Mix flour, sugar, cacao powder, baking soda, and salt in a large microwave-safe mug; stir in milk, canola oil, water, and vanilla extract.
Cook in microwave until cake is done in the middle, about 1 minuut 45 seconds.

2 cups white sugar
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two nine inch round pans.
In a large bowl, stir together the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla, mix for 2 minuten on medium speed of mixer. Stir in the boiling water last. Batter will be thin. Pour evenly into the prepared pans.
Bake 30 to 35 minuten in the preheated oven, until the cake tests done with a toothpick. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.

1 c. (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
¼ tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
4½ c. powdered sugar
1 Tbl. milk, plus meer if needed
