Primarily, the blog is an in-depth discussion of Captain America as a character for film using many examples of narrative, dialogue and screenwriting. Leading the discussion are filmmaker Ben Alpi and comic artist/writer Rick Arthur. Their complex zoek for the real character behind Steve Rogers and Captain America leads them in directions that never have been considered before.

Ask yourself the question, "How do u create a mythic character for a modern two uur film that has seventy years worth of bron material?" If the government project to create a super soldier was so secret and so vital, would anything be left to chance? The goal would have been to create a super army of soldiers and not just a prototype. That means a huge pool of potential volunteers are needed. Unknowingly, Steve Rogers most likely would have been in the program since birth... It puts a slightly different perspective on a sick kid who wants to go to...
