Heckle and Jeckle all the way. They're the most unique and mischievous cartoon characters I've ever come across. And that's coming from a person who's watched cartoons all her life.
The Simpsons is fantastic (and certainly my favorite) up until season 12, after which it ranged from horrible to mediocre. Right now, my favorieten might be Puella Magi Madoka Magica for anime, and I shift a lot on this, so I like MLP: FiM mostly.
Loonatics Unleashed!!! Also I'll watch Regular Show, Pokémon, We Bare Bears, My Life As A Teenage Robot, Billy and Mandy, Danny Phantom, George of the Jungle (cartoon), Class of 3000, Skunk Fu!, Static Shock, Mucha Lucha, Fairy Oddparents, Jimmy Neutron, Clarence, Steven Universe, Xiaolin Showdown, and Chowder.

They are all amazing ^^ But the only thing I come up with when talking about cartoons is Eddsworld! LE BESTTTT! Epic, Spacey in one episode (I love space), The most LOVABLE characters, and so on. Yeah... IK it's not on the TVs but yeaaa I just had too!
