The volgende morning.
Erin woke up alone, much to her relief. Evan had listened to her and left her alone. She had slept for a very long time and yet she still felt exhausted. She slowly swung her legs over the edge of the bed and stood. On bare feet she walked to the door and left the room. She walked downstairs to the keuken-, keuken when she heard people talking and she held her steps.
“I’m just saying that maybe u should give her some space” Marge reasoned.
“I’ve gegeven her space” Evan defended himself. “I’ve gegeven her space for over four years. I want my girlfriend back”
“You’ll get her back” Cliff replied calmly. “But right now she needs to be around family and I’m sorry, but you’re not family. Not yet”
Erin walked further into the keuken-, keuken and coughed, making her presence known.
“Erin, honey, I didn’t hear u coming. u had a good night?” Marge asked a little started. She stood and walked towards Erin. “Come sit volgende to me” She walked Erin to the chair volgende to hers and pulled it back. Erin sat down.
“Have u heard anything of our conversation” Cliff asked. Erin nodded. There was no point denying.
“I agree with Marge” she zei and Marge furrowed her eyebrows. “I’m sorry, but I still don’t remember u being my mother” Erin explained apologetic. Marge nodded in understanding. Erin continued: “Anyway, like I said, I agree with Marge. I think I should stay here” she said, avoiding looking at Evan.
Evan wanted to convince her otherwise, but after one warning look of Cliff he swallowed his words.
“Alright, then. I’ll just go home, then” Evan gave in reluctantly. “I’ll call u when I get there” He leaned towards Erin to give her a kiss, but she turned her head and his lips hit her cheek. He sighed frustrated, but then stepped back. He turned to her parents. “Take good care of her”
“We will. Don’t u worry” Cliff promised.

Since there was no way any of them was going to get any sleep, they packed their bags and loaded the Impala. Dean placed himself behind the wheel, Sam sat volgende to him and Meg on the backseat.
“First stop: Pontiac, Illinois” Dean said, as he started the engines and drove ahead. As they drove Dean turned on the radio to break the silence.
Meg stared out of the window. She felt utterly powerless. Had she still been a demon she would’ve just zapped herself to him. But then maybe she wouldn’t have felt this way and she wouldn’t even bother to go find him.
Maybe this was a sign. Maybe she was supposed to let go and go back to her old life.
No!, she reproached herself. You’re not going back to killing for fun. u didn’t get this far to throw it all away. You’re going to find Cas and get him back.
“Everything okay, there?” Dean asked.
“Yeah, I’m good” Meg replied with a mischievous smile.
