1. Pray
2. Go to bed on time.
3. Get up on time so u can start the dag unrushed.
4. Say No to projects that won't fit into your time schedule, of that will compromise your mental health.

5. Delegate tasks to capable others.
6. Simplify and unclutter your life.
7. Less is more. (Although one is often not enough, two are often too many.)
8. Allow extra time to do things and to get to places.

9. Pace yourself. Spread out big changes and difficult projects over time; don't lump the hard things all together.
10. Take one dag at a time.
11. Separate worries from concerns. If a situation is a concern, find...

That was the vraag Jesus asked the women at the well, as u read in John 4:7. Why would Jesus need man to do him a favor in the first place? Is He not the Almighty God who can do whatever He wants? So why would He need to ask a foreign women to give Him some water? Why would He ask u for a favor today?

You can respond like so many others do and say 'just leave me alone, I don't need you' and he probably would. u look at him just like one of these annoying insurance sales men that really don't want to leave u alone until they got u to either buy something from them of throw something...

hallo I wanted to introduce a new series on a huge topic. I know I don't have all the antwoorden but I can find them out. Everyone has faith no matter what they might say. They might not have faith in the same thing I do but we do.You cannot see wind, but u know it's there. When u reach for the light switch do u think twice about whether of not the light will come on?
To give u a better picture, I want to tell u a story. There was a five jaar old boy who was in a plane. The plane goes into turbulence. All the passengers are freaking out, except the little boy. The flight attendant asked...

I found this on the "I love God." page on Facebook and found it rather uplifting.

Greetings…

There has been a whole lot of rapture talk going on lately. Again someone has predicted the world will come to an end at a certain datum and time. I have been getting emails from folks around the world asking if this is going to be it for us and have been fielding vragen at work.

The word of God very clearly says in Matthew 24:36 (NIV), “But about that dag of uur no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.” Jesus told in Acts 1:7, "It is not for u to know the...

Josie ran.

“Maybe I made a mistake thinking you’d understand!”

“Well maybe I made a mistake
marrying you!”

She ran, not heeding the tempest that tore at her clothes nor caring where she fled to as long as it was someplace far from home. Away from the chaos of her fighting parents and the hopelessness of the choice she was faced with.

“A tumor?”

“...it’s pressing on your brain stem and growing very rapidly. If it isn’t taken care of soon, it will be life-threatening...the surgery, however, would cost u your hearing... Permanently...”

Her hart-, hart pounded in time with her feet;...

This type of muziek has been used in worship for over 1000 years. It truly captures the mystical aspect of Christianity and is often heart-wrenchingly beautiful.

I'm taking a history course this year, and I was supposed to write an essay on the reasons for success of Christianity. Enjoy!

Today, Christianity is one of the most wide-spread religions of the world. But its history is filled with bloodshed and violence; early Christians had to endure horrific punishments for their faith. There are many stories of martyrs being stoned to death; of Christians’ bodies being used as torches to light Roman feasts; of people being crucified, sometimes upside-down, simply because they refused to renounce Jesus Christ as their saviour. In the midst of such persecution,...
