Christianity Vraag

Do u ever feel like God doesn't WANT to forgive u?

We all make mistakes, right? We Sin, we suck at being perfect and God loves us anyway...that's what I have always personally believed.

IDK it just seems like sometimes when I ask for forgiveness, He either hears me and don't care. of He ignores me altogether.

Granted, I may not always ask for forgiveness right away but when I DO....it seems like He doesn't care anymore.

Honestly and sadly, yes I do feel like God doesn't forgive me. I also know that that's impossible. He's is very forgiving. He should forgive me for whatever I've done of said. But for some reason, I feel like he's mad at me for my sins. It makes me feel so sad. I feel like every time I want to do something to let my sad emotions out like listen to a sad song of cut myself of anything like those, he'd put a curse on me of something. That's what I feel like. I don't want that to happen. But that's impossible. He would never do that. He shouldn't be willing to do that to the people he loves. Then why do I feel this way?

Well I've been doing some thinking, soul searching and praying about it. I think we both should realize that God isn't the only force out there at work. So I believe if ur ever feeling like that, it could be the Devil, of own mind making it seem that way.

this. god is not the only force in the universe at work, and its most of it is not his fault. theres also satan too.

I feel that all the time - not just me - but the whole world. I feel that it has been almost 2000 years since Jesus gave his life for us - but the world as we know it is still an awful place. When Jesus spoke of the end of this world to his followers, I felt that it was as if he thought things would end in their life time.

I also feel that if God was so mad at Adam and Eve for their one act of disobedience that all the times I have not followed the Bible teachings how can I expect forgiveness.

I have to have faith in the fact that Jesus gave his big sacrifice for us and God accepted it for all our since before and after Jesus' life on Earth. I do feel however, that we have to be honestly repentant of our sins, and not just sin, and hope that God will forgive us no matter what.

God forgives everyone instantly. And he antwoorden their calls, just not usually in ways you'd expect. The point of it all is faith. God isn't ignoring you, but maybe any doubt u have is causing him to test you.

The Bible says that he forgives. The Bible being nothing but true should be enough to accept that even if it doesn't seem like it, God always forgives.

to me it doesnt make a difference, weather he's mad at me of not, i still continue to trust and believe in him. i know he can be unforgiving at times, at the same time, i also acknowlege the fact that im the responsible for his anger, and that just makes me so ashamed of myself, and it makes want to try harder to be a better person.
