wil u compare the movie to the old one?

I've seen both and tried not to. I didn't really cause they're really quite different.

I've seen both and to be honest both films have highlights and lowlights!!! While the origional stuck close to the story, it was campy and a little cheesy but good for it's time. The new one had it's moments but it lacked some excitment and strayed away from the general idea of the story from middle to end. Though I enjoyed both films I was very dissapointed in the ending to the remake!!!!!

First off why the hell did they create another female character in the remake??? This character was not in the origional of in the story, this poor choice took away from the princess's character and her impact on the hero of the movie!!!! The casting was excellent but I felt some scenes just fell too short, especially the ending!!!
