Many people bash populair films because "It didn't measure up in the exact way they thought it would.

STOP PEOPLE!!! Stop your too Critical Analysis sometimes.Stop your phony rebukes.Just STOP!!!

And accept films the way they come.

As a one time auteur of a book called Elfin Magic (become a fan of it:link)

I think i can speak for all(or at least most)authors when I say It's FINE!!! If someone offers u a direct line to the films and the auteur refuses because the director says some plans that differentiate from the book and someone refuses then they are just stupid!!!

Miner changes and summarizing some parts of your book in order to make it into a movie is needed in the real world! If they kept every single movie the exact way the book was created then all we'd have on our hands would be Mini Series! Besides some parts of films that they have changed turn out better.(e.g the part where Edward Cullen confesses to Bella Swan-you must admit doing that scene in a maze-like forest instead of a car,for a movie,was better.More Dramatizing.)

Please accept it people.Start making commentaren when Hollywood starts cutting out final climaxes of the epic battle scenes;but don't make commentaren of post bad reviews because it didn't level up enough.

Too bad I can't send this around the world wide web but,at least I can talk some sense into my fellow fan poppers.

I think the difference between critical and too critical is in the eye of the beholder. I don't believe there is anything wrong with analyzing something and saying "I like this, this and this, but I don't like these other aspects at all and there are these other features that could certainly be improved." Actually, I think it's healthy and instructive. I'm not going to write a long, boring essay on why I think spotting and discussing things you're not entirely happy with is a good habit, but I want to let you know I don't agree with you at all. I'm not going to say everything's perfect in a movie, show or story if I don't feel that way, sorry.

ebcullen4ever I like your article and I agree where Edward confesses he's a vampire is a lot better in the movie than from the book.For the most part they were true to the books and that was one of the goals of the studio that did Twilight.They did an awesome and amazing job.Thank you Summit and the cast and crew of the Twilight saga,but more importantly to the woman behind it all,the one who made it all possible,Stephenie Meyer.

Robssesed Yeah ! Ikr! I mean yea sometimes I'm dissapointed that they cut my fave bit of the book out sometimes but they make up 4 it in other parts! I hate to admit it but I wish jacob's blonde jokes should have been kept in bdp1 but it didn't ruin the movie come on people wise up! If the movies where the same as the books we would know exactly what was going to happen and what's the fun in that!? I agree with u totally on this good job! :)
