The girl singing used to be called "Basket of Figs". I looked everywhere for this version & finally found she has changed her name to Cold Specks. u can watch it below! Enjoy!
I found it on another site. It's called "Lay Me Down" door Shannon Curtis, but when I listened to it on iTunes, it did not sound like the same singer. It was meer raw and raspy on the toon with gitaar background. On iTunes it was piano on background and the vocal sounded different. If anyone knows who sang it on the show, please post. Thanks.
The song is actually door Basket of Figs, a little unknown singer in Canada, and the song is called Lay Me Down. If u listen to the lyrics the song door Shannon Curtis isn't the same with the exception of lay me down part.
