how do u think the show's creators are gonna handle the fact that Stefan and Elena cannot share blood due to his lack of self-control? Damon on the other hand can control his bloodlust so do u think it's significant?

What a good question. I think it could be significant, yes. Elena has already gegeven her blood to Stefan and it was enough to make him fall off the wagon in a major way. I think Paul Wesley once mentioned in an interview that Stefan is like a recovered alcoholic - he knows what the human blood can do to him and he has to avoid it at all costs. It seems like there's still a lot of backstory about why Stefan decided to give up drinking human blood that needs to be told, and his lack of self-control surrounding the issue will probably come back to haunt him and Elena in the future. I think that if Elena was badly hurt and there was a lot of blood, Stefan would have a hard time dealing with it, for example - because he knows what her blood tastes like and the temptation to feed would be great. Damon, on the other hand, has been managing his bloodlust differently - he's been around the human stuff a lot longer and it doesn't control him the way it controls Stefan, so I think he could take care of Elena's wounds without being tempted door the sight of her blood. (I think that would be an awesome scene - I hope the writers do something like that in a future episode.)
It seems highly unlikely that Stefan would drink blood from Elena again gegeven how much it affected him in Season 1, and because she blamed herself for his erratic behaviour, I don't think she would put him in that position again, unless he was dying of something.
