She's lost her entire family, and she feels responsible for all the crap she and her vrienden and family have to go through. Maybe you're such an insensitive teef that u can go through the motions without feeling so much as an ounce of pain, but not everyone is like that.

THIS one REALLY pisses me off. because Elena is the ONE person in that toon who was willing to look beyond damon's dark side. all the others were extremely judgmental of him. yes, Elena was a bit, but she grew out of that, and she realized that Damon was someone worth saving and loving. so don't fucking tell us Elena fans that elena doesn't love damon, because she is the one person who saw and excepted damon for who he was.

I'm sick of hearing that Damon was 'right' to save Bonnie and let Elena stay under the sleeping spell because Bonnie has 'saved' Elena. So Bonnie can live out her life now and Elena can remain in a box. I think that's a cheap reason. Elena would have died underwater long geleden because she wanted Stefan to save Matt had Meredith not gegeven her Damon's blood beforehand. And how can that be a definition of friendship?
