the writers owe us for a poor episode after the possibilities DE could have had after 2X10 The Sacrifice. Damon leaving Jeremy to "babysit" Elena after promising to protect her, was just wrong.

It looks like we have some juicy scenes coming up. We've already seen the promo, and Rose saying "it's okay to love them both" to Elena. Then we have the hug... a perfect new year present! Then we have some intense shots between them and we can read anything into them, which makes it all the more brilliant that we have a ship we can be truly excited about.

I'm feeling really positive. Whether something good or bad happens, it'll be another big step for Damon and Elena. But after so much negativity between DE... something tells me that NOW is more than the right time for a meaningful moment between them... one which Elena can actually remember this time ;-)

we dont even knw why damon is crying for , so why should we be negative?

I'm positive because we're getting DE scenes, including a hug. I'm negative because I don't think they need to make Damon cry in order to show that he's emotional or in pain. It's just too much and unnecessary imo. If however Damon is not actually crying and that picture is just misleading, then I'm positive =)

I just saw the pic with Damon crying and my heart broke!! And the way that he holds her...I'm guessing that right after those tears she hugs him! I love it! I love that side of him and the fact that he shows it only in front of Elena.

I'm definitely positive for this episode! And I hope that there will be more interesting moments! Cause right now I wish I hadn't seen the spoiler pics!

I try to keep positive thoughts about DE at all times. That pic with Damon crying, that broke my heart! But i cant let that ruin all of the positive things that could/will happen in 2x12, like the Hug! And there were alot of hints that Damon feelings are going to show. I think this is good for him to get rid of some of those things he's been holding in. And he's been through alot! in 2x08 I dont count that as crying... it was only one Tear.

im in between casue last time we got our hopes up and it SUCKED! and this time even tho we get scenes we dont know how they are gonna turn out. but at least they get scenes together!

because we know it will happen no matter what happens. Delena exists.
