She just looks more like "Vicky" to me (assuming that Vicky's going to be Josette's reincarnation).

I think she'd make a better Vicky than Maggie, tho.

Rachel McAdams' original hair color is like Vicki's, but I don't think the actress should be chosen based on whether or not she resembles the original actress. I picked McAdams since she's good at playing the sweet, wholesome type. I can't really see Hathaway being sweet and naive.

Anne Hathaway because I again don't know any of these people. But she is attractive.

Anne Hathaway, I think, would be better as Maggie.

I lean toward Evangeline Lilly or Emily Blunt the most to play Josette/Josette's reincarnation, but I am mostly torn as I do like McAdams and Hathaway alot. In my opinion there is a strange subtle resemblance between Eva Longoria(in the eyes) and Kathryn Leigh Scott though their coloring is different. In Franka Potente there was a sweetness in her face much like Kathryn's but she is too old now. Although Kathryn likes Knightly the best, I think she would be the worst choice. She wouldn't bring enough emotional depth and sweetness to the role.

All I care about ultimately is that the Josette character be reincarnated in the main female protagonist role. That is all I ask for in this film.

This is a hard question. McAdams, Hathaway or Lilly. Possibly Blunt. Knightley could nail the part of Josette but I don't think she'd do well as her modern-day counterpart, same thing with Green. Longoria kind of has the look but I'm not sure. Potente, I don't know.
I certainly hope that the main woman is the reincarnation of Josette. I certainly think Meryl Streep is the best choice for Julia. Johnny Depp would rock the part of Barnabas.

She looks like Kathryn the most (if Maggie will be the reincarnation).

Keira Knightly has very little emotional range when she acts. As I watch her in films I cannot bring myself to "believe" her performance, no disrespect to Kathryn Leigh Scott or any one else but this character would not be served justice nor any other character that Kathryn Leigh Scott played, I respectfully disagree with her choice, completely. Eva Longoria when she scans the eyes of another actor she talks to in a performance does so exactly as Kathryn Leigh Scott did. Though Lily, McAdams, Blunt and Hathaway are nice choices as well.

Anne Hathaway if the Josette lookalike is Vicki. Keira if it's Maggie.

Hopefully it won't just be a Josette "look-a-like" but Josette's actual reincarnation. That is how the Depp film needs to roll. That would be best.

Franka Potente because she looks a lot like Kathryn, assuming Maggie will be the Josette reincarnation.

I chose Emily Blunt. In her face, there is a resemblence to Kathryn. Anne Hathaway would be pretty good too, so would Evangeline Lilly and Rachel McAdams. Drew Barrymore would be a good choice for Maggie. But with Emily, the way she acts and looks is Josette/reincarnation material. I like Kiera Knightley but I don't think she's right for the part.

I picked Marion Cotillard because she's a great actress, she does somewhat resemble Kathryn. She's also French. She would be the perfect choice for Josette. For Maggie, she could tack an American accent and I think she would pull it off. If its Vicky Winters, Christina Ricci has that weirdish look that Alexandra had.

Josette: Keira Knightley
