Demi Lovato continues to share her message of self-love.

The singer, 22, who was recently hospitalized for a lung infection, proudly flaunted her toned stomach and killer legs on Instagram, commenting on how she’s happy with her current shape.

"Regardless of what society tells you these days …You don’t have to have a thigh gap to be beautiful. It is possible to love your body the way it is #fitness #health #acceptance #selflove," Lovato captioned the bikini image.

Lovato has struggled with eating disorders in the past, but made a resolution at the start of 2015 to take care of her body.

"It\'s all about loving and taking care of the only body you will ever have... Cherish it, love it, embrace it.. Because when you do.. It begins to show," she wrote on Instagram in January. "Goodbye 2014.. Who\'s excited for what we can accomplish in 2015?!! Let\'s do this!!!!"
