This poem is actually a song door Michael Falch. I just love the text so I decided to translate it. There's no dots of commas, I know. It's supposed to be that way. It rhymes in Danish but not in English... It's called "I et land uden høje bjerge" in Danish.
In a country with no high mountains
where it rains and snows

and die the dag is happens
On a dot on the world map
